About the Recipe

Well, here it is! Peanut Budder Cups! Still in time before the big day…Halloween! Or, just because they are effin’ delicious! And how easy it is to make edibles!


1 cup creamy peanut butter, divided

1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 tablespoon canna butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each), coarsely chopped

Special Equipment:

Mini muffin tin

Mini muffin paper cups

Double boiler* (See Note)


Set up mini paper cups in the muffin tin, set aside.

Next, combine peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, butter and salt until smooth; set aside.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate candy bars; stir until smooth.

Meter out teaspoons of chocolate mixture into paper-lined miniature muffin cups.

Afterward, to level out the chocolate base, pick the tin up about an inch off of the counter and drop
